SUPBIKERUN offers a no questions asked, 48hr refund policy for all tickets booked online through our ticket partner EtchRock. This ‘cooling off’ period accounts for those times when you booked a ticket in excitement, then the next day realise you have double booked. In this instance, your ticket will be refunded (less the EtchRock booking fee, and your Event Protect fee).

how we protect your ticket
Your ticket includes Event Protect insurance. This means should the event be cancelled due to bad weather (deemed unsafe), then you will be entitled to a full refund. Terms and conditions for Event Protect Insurance can be read by clicking the button below.
If you selected our optional Refund Protect policy when booking your ticket, then you will be entitled to a full refund if you are unable to attend the event for personal reasons including illness, injury, or personal matters. Please note that your refund claim should be made directly with Refund Protect and not SUPBIKERUN.

TRANSFER YOUR EVENT
If you are injured or unable to attend your event due to personal reasons, you may transfer to a future event. All transfers must be completed by 11:59PM on the Monday prior to your scheduled event start date. Registrations may be transferred a maximum of one time to a future event for a fee of £25. After one transfer, SUPBIKERUN will not offer additional transfers or refunds of fees. Please note we cannot transfer or provide refunds for any camping you may have booked.

THIRD PARTY COSTS
SUPBIKERUN will have no responsibility for any costs incurred, including any travel or accommodation costs.
If an event is cancelled for any reason, SUPBIKERUN will not be liable or responsible for any third party insurance products that you may have purchased.
THE 48HR REFUND
Unless requested within 48hrs, under no circumstances will SUPBIKERUN ever directly refund your tickets. We operate a strict no refund policy after 48hrs, this is fixed, and a legal and binding contract with the participant, agreed under our terms and conditions at the time of booking your ticket.
EVENT & COURSE CHANGES
SUPBIKERUN reserves the right to change the course, or make any other adjustments to the event that we deem necessary to operate the event safely. Should the course distance be reduced or altered in any way, refunds will not be offered. SUPBIKERUN is not responsible for any resulting costs incurred by ticketholders or registrants for such events, including but not limited to travel or accommodation costs.
